FCE Blog in Argentina

To FCE students: see the comment on December 1's posting by Claudia Ceraso. She is an English teacher in Buenos Aires and has created a special blog for FCE students.

Click to see her page on
Phrasal Verbs. Read her advice. It's quite a long posting and is full of useful advice, with plenty of links.

Here's a good example: the Phrasal Verb Demon. It tells you almost everything you need to know about this large subject.

As always, please leave a comment on the Blog after visiting a site.

More soon.

Claudia Ceraso's blog is very interesting, because in my opinion phrasal verbs are the most difficult to learn. And Phrasal Verb Demon is so useful! But it will take me quite a lot of time to visit all the websites linked to Claudi Ceraso's blog...

Good point Giovanna. I think that us teachers get so enthusiastic about blogging and giving you info that it may result a bit overwhelming and time consuming.

The idea is to give you a guide. A kind of menu to choose from. Different students have different need and not all of them can be met in class. The blog is a companion to come back to when you are hungry for learning more. Reading Michael's Rome EFL Blog, I think he will agree with me on this point.

So Giovanna, click, learn, comment here and there, but please don't choke!
